Methode Traditionnelle Brut

A sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length. 

Pinot Gris 2023

An alluring bouquet of white stone fruit, honey, wild fennel and nutmeg enhanced by a smooth lush texture with a rich yet dry finish. The perfect food wine. Ageing 3 – 5 years.

Pinot Noir 2022

Divine ruby red in colour with intense cherry and berry aromas. Rich on the palate with dark cherry, subtle floral and herbaceous notes. Excellent depth, fine tannins and a long vibrant finish.
